It's just bodypaint, numbnuts. It's harmless. Now, that liquid latex crap is a different story. Used like this, that stuff really can be dangerous. They found that out on Mythbusters.

Well, about all anyone can do now is fire up the furnace, grab the biggest crucible you got, a good size mold, and start smelting some bars. That much gold would easily weigh a ton or more. No disrespect to the lady. I'm sure she's not much more than a hundred pounds. But gold, on the other hand is very heavy. And at todays prices, that statue would make a nice retirement fund.
